our new sewing pattern : HERBIER
With Herbier, Lise Tailor creates her first shirt pattern, an essential basic in anywardrobe. Completely reinvented, Herbier offers an ultra stylish look. A shirtwith a unique and feminine collar to draw a perfect neckline

HERBIER, The Backstage
This is what Lise D. said on September 13, 2020 on her Instagram:
“At the moment I am working on the prototype of a blouse 📏
I used the construction of the shawl collar and instead of the rounding I created an angle. After a few changes I’m happy to get the idea I had in mind.
I love the possibility that sewing gives us to be able to bring a project to life, to mix several inspirations and always learn new techniques. “
Then, on January 6, 2021, Lise D. posted on her Instagram:
“I showed you a few months ago the muslin for a blouse project, but I had not yet found THE fabric.
I wanted something subtle and soft enough to highlight the collar, without making it disappear under a too big print.
And I found exactly what I was looking for with the last collection of #lisetailor 😍
I added three quarter sleeves with a wide cuff. I’m happy with the final look but the shoulder length is still a bit too big for me 😕
I am waiting to find a new fabric to retry this pattern whilst improving some details “
Herbier was at first a personal project of Lise D., which was then able to see the light of day with Lise Tailor, thanks to a duo of Lise motivated and full of ideas!
Why “Herbier”?
Herbier is the blouse revisited by Lise Tailor. Its shawl collar gives it all its character as well as its pretty worked details. The buttons slip into straps for a refined finish. Its slightly puffed sleeves with wide cuffs showcase pretty bracelets.
Herbier is first of all the name of this pretty viscose from the winter 2021 collection.
A perfect ode to botany for this blouse that perfectly showcases this delicate collar. The name of this motif therefore naturally referred to that of the pattern.
You can also find Herbier in fabric. Like a memory of a walk in the forest, Herbier is a small open notebook where we come to dispose with the greatest care of our collection of winter plants. Nature is precious and we like to conserve and admire it.
Look tips
Wear the Herbier blouse with dark blue raw jeans and a pair of brown ankle boots. You can also wear it tucked into high waisted pants for a retro look or over tailored pants, Herbier asserts your style.
