Our behind the scenes item was a week late as we had to cut, pack and ship all of your orders from the clearance sale. We were a little “overwhelmed” by this success. We have given priority to the preparation of orders. Sometimes we have to make choices and we thank you for your patience. It is with pleasure that we meet you today the day after the launch of the summer collection.
It is a collection full of warmth that we wanted to offer you. Your welcome fills us with joy. We are always so eager to hear about your favorites. We love every one of our designs, so it’s hard to know which will be the most popular and what you’ll love to sew with it. We were patient to introduce you to our new patterns for children. As soon as our Comète pattern was released in the fall, it was like a no-brainer to also pattern it for the children’s size range. What a pleasure to also create pretty little items for your workshop from our sewing pattern! The creation of these products has been a fabulous adventure that we will tell you very soon. We still have lots of news to share with you on the underside of our small business.
fAMILY FIRST
Throwback to the shooting of the children’s patterns
We can’t hide anything from you during our shoot for the children’s capsule in February, we also took the photos for the launch of the PETITE patterns. The more children there are, the merrier! Family is important to us and once again we have called on those dear to our hearts to represent our new bosses. They were sponsored to satisfy our desire for a duo.
Blanche, Céline’s daughter, presents the “Petite” version of Comète. This dress model being particularly appreciated by her mother, it was only natural that we offered her daughter the cover of the Petite Comète pattern.
You will have recognized Gaby for the “Petite” Bliss skirt pattern. This is Lise’s niece who wears this fruity version admirably well. It’s not just the mother-daughter duos that are adorable! So who are you going to form a Comet duo or a Bliss duo with?! 💕

Thank you very much to all the people who came to see us at the store and found their happiness. These moments of exchange are precious for us. Opening the doors of our workshop to you fills us with happiness. The clearance sale on our site was also a great success. We rolled up our sleeves and had to prepare a lot of orders. We thank you for your patience as delivery times have been extended to allow us to prepare everything.
We sew!
We were impatient to discover the first version of our future pattern which will be released this winter. Lise D. went last the sewing machine, between 2 orders 😅, to bring this first patronage to life. From this first realization, we make the necessary adjustments: the ease, the armholes, the look when worn, the lengths… The assembly range is fully thought out to offer you a simple, practical assembly and sometimes bring you new techniques. Once the adjustments are made and satisfactory, we can send this pattern to our team of beloved testers. This is one of the first steps among the many that follow to reach the goal of holding the cover in your hands. We always have the same excitement for each new project we start. Patience, patience…

Top Whitcomb in viscose Envolée (spring 2021)
Here is the perfect little top for beginners. We will opt for its short-sleeved version for hot summer days and for cooler evenings it can even be sewn in a knit fabric to make a sweatshirt. Casual or chic, the Whitcomb top can be worn every day. The top can be worn as a t-shirt, sweatshirt or blouse. This slightly cropped version will go perfectly with high-waisted jeans.

Top Whitcomb in viscose Envolée (spring 2021)
The Whitcomb top can be sewn in warp and weft or knit fabric as well as a combination of both. Each fabric version has two sleeve options – a 3/4 length sleeve and a short sleeve. It also has two length options – at the waist with an elastic band or in a belt, and a loose hem that ends at the hip. All versions have a very pretty rounded neckline.
