Description
The Rosée knitting pattern
Say hello to the Rosée pattern: an adorable little knit that can be made into a t-shirt, cardigan, or sweater. Rosée is knit from the top down. It's the perfect easy-to-knit summer sweater, finished with a romantic floral embroidery to make it even more unique.
Beginner level: the Rosée knitting pattern is not complicated to knit but still contains some techniques necessary for a nice drape, making it a perfect 2nd knitting project.
The techniques:
- Rosée's body is knitted in stockinette stitch in the round
- Short rows, German-style, allow the back neckline to be raised slightly.
- Increases raised on the right
- Ribs 1/1 and ribs 2/2
- Flat satin stitch embroidery
- French knot embroidery
Sizes:
34/36 (38/40 - 42/44 - 46/48 - 50/52)
Chest measurement: 85 (95 - 105 - 115 - 125) cm
Measurements are given for the finished bust. This style is designed with approximately 5 to 10 cm of ease* and is intended for a height of 165 cm. Feel free to adjust the length to suit your height.
*If you are hesitating between 2 sizes, choose the smaller one if you are making the t-shirt version which will fit less comfortably, or the larger one if you are making the sweater or cardigan version, which will fit more comfortably.
