Description

Porcelaine - A shower of small, delicate flowers, punctuated by a refined frieze at the bottom, like an old tablecloth brought out for a family meal where memories are passed down from generation to generation.

This fabric is opaque and will not require lining.

🔎 How to use it?
- Here you will find the instructions for placing your pattern pieces on the Porcelain fabric for the Rose Mary skirt
- Be sure to use microfiber needles when sewing this fabric to respect its tight weave and avoid damaging it.
- To interface this fabric, use Vlieseline G785.
- Once sewn, to preserve the colours, wash and iron your clothes inside out. 🛍️️️ Complementary products:
- Matching thread: 200m spool Porcelain
- All off-white buttons will go perfectly with this fabric
- Matching wools: nude and ivory colors

How do I choose the right fabric for my sewing project?

On each product page, we indicate the recommended uses (clothing, accessories, etc.). We also advise you to refer to the recommendations on your patterns to achieve the best results.

Are the fabrics sold by the meter?

Yes. We've chosen to offer our fabrics in 10cm increments so you can order exactly the right amount for your project. The fabrics are cut to order with the utmost care in our workshop. Slight variations in cutting (±1 to 2 cm) may occasionally occur. The quantity ordered corresponds to a single, continuous length of fabric.

We also offer fabric coupons with specified yardage.

What is the width of the fabrics?

The width is specified on each product page. It may vary depending on the product and material. The Lise Tailor selvedge is not included in the fabric width.

Do you offer fabric samples?

Yes. We offer samples so you can check the color, feel, and thickness. If you only want fabric samples, you will still need to pay the shipping costs.
