Description
Meet Valentine:
The Valentine cardigan is knitted from the top down. It begins with the shoulders in seed stitch. By picking up stitches, the back is created. Then, the back neckline is raised with short rows. Stitches are picked up for the half-fronts before joining the body under the armholes. An intarsia pattern is placed in the pocket, followed by 2/2 ribbing for the bottom and button band.
The techniques:
- Circular knitting, cables, 2/2 ribbing, picking up stitches, intarsia.
