Can I order without creating a customer account?

It is indeed mandatory to create a customer account on our site to be able to place an order. This allows you to keep and easily access your order history but also to place your next orders more quickly.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

From the login screen to your customer account, click on the “I forgot my password” link and follow the instructions. You can easily reset it.

I forgot my customer ID, what should I do?

Your Customer ID is your email address in most cases.

If you are having difficulty logging into your account, send us an email through the contact form and we will find a solution together.

I have placed an order but would like to add an additional item, what should I do?

Quickly send us an e-mail via the contact form specifying your order number. If it has not already been prepared and shipped, we will do our best to modify it and add the additional item. You will then receive an additional invoice with the additional shipping costs calculated as accurately as possible and the price of the additional item.

I want to cancel my order, what should I do?

If you want to cancel your order, quickly send us an email via the contact form. Any order processed and shipped cannot be canceled.

I want to use a promo code, what should I do?

You can enter your promo code in the corresponding field at the bottom of the basket or at the top of the order page.

I want to use my gift card, what should I do?

You must enter the code sent with your gift card in the corresponding “promo code” field at the bottom of the basket or at the top of the order page.

The e-gift card can be used on the site or in the showroom, as many times as you wish and without time limit.

I just ordered! When will I receive my package?

Orders are shipped within 5 working days. During the collection launch period, shipping times are extended to 10 working days.

Delivery times, once the package has been shipped, then depend on the chosen service provider. Between 2 and 5 days in most cases.

How are shipping fees calculated ?

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and volume of your order and the country of destination.

I placed two orders! Is it possible to put them together to avoid paying twice the shipping costs?

Quickly send us an email via the contact form and we will do our best to collect your orders. This is not always possible, however, as orders are prepared quickly.

If your first order has not yet shipped, we will combine your two orders and refund the difference in shipping costs to you.

My order appears as delivered, but I haven't received it. What to do?

First, have your parcel tracking number ready and contact the Colissimo service (3631) of La Poste to open a file.

Secondly, send us your La Poste file number, a copy of your identity card and a certificate of honor to contact@lisetailor.com.

Upon receipt of these elements, we can also initiate a dispute on our side.

La Poste has 72 hours before responding to us.

I live in Lyon, can I come and collect my order there?

Personal delivery in Lyon, in the 1st arrondissement, is possible. You just have to choose “Click and Collect” when finalizing your order and the shipping costs will be zero.

When your order has been prepared (within a maximum of 5 working days or 10 days during launch periods) we will send you a message to inform you. It is only when you have received this message that you can then make an appointment here to pick it up at the showroom, 15 rue du Garet 69001 Lyon France. The showroom is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. If these times do not suit you, send us an email via the contact form to arrange a time to the extent of our possibilities. Our showroom is located on the 1st floor, without elevator, you must ring the intercom so that the door of the building can be opened for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Lise Tailor ensures delivery to all countries of the world except the United Kingdom.

How to track my packet?

As soon as your package leaves our showroom, you will receive an email telling you the tracking number of your package, so you can track the shipment of your package at any time on:

I would like to return an item, what should I do?

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return one or more items to us: your refund will be made upon receipt and inspection of the items.

This right is exercised by returning the product, in its original packaging, unopened, in perfect condition, complete (accessories, instructions, warranty, etc.) to the following address:

Return costs are your responsibility.

As for fabrics, they must be returned unwashed, unsewn and uncut.

Items returned incomplete, sewn, spoiled, damaged, deteriorated or soiled by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged.

Is it possible to make an exchange?

We do not do exchanges, only refunds.

I returned an item: when will I be reimbursed?

Your refund will be made within 15 days from the day of receipt of your package and control of the items.

The refund will be made directly to the credit card or to the Paypal account used for the initial payment of the order.

I live in Lyon, can I send a return to your address?

You can bring your items back to the showroom, 15 rue du Garet 69001 Lyon. Returns can only be made by appointment, to be taken here in order to guarantee the presence of a member of the team. I received a defective item, what should I do?

First of all, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience.

Contact us via the contact form to explain the problem encountered and we will do our best to find a solution.

In the event of a defective item, we bear the cost of the return.

Your fabrics are sold in multiples of 10cm, will I receive a full coupon?

We have chosen to offer you our fabrics in multiples of 10cm in order to allow you to order exactly the right footage for your project. Of course, you will receive your coupon in one go.

To order 50 cm, type 5; to order 1 m, type 10; to order 1.5 m, type 15 …

What is the minimum and maximum yardage per fabric?

You can order a minimum of 50 cm and a maximum of 4 m per fabric.

For any request for greater footage, you can contact us via the contact form.

What is the width of your fabrics?

The width depends on each quality of fabric. You will find this information for each fabric specifically in the product page.

Are the colors of the fabrics visible online reliable?

We do our best to ensure that the colors of the fabrics visible on the site are as close to reality as possible. However, from one screen to another, the colors may vary slightly.

Is it possible to receive fabric samples?

You can order samples from the collection free of charge in the “Fabrics” tab. If you only want samples, you will only have to pay the shipping costs.

Can I buy fabric directly on showroom?

The Lise Tailor team will be delighted to welcome you for a private shopping session in its showroom, 15 rue du Garet 69001 Lyon France. Shopping is only done by appointment to be made here in order to ensure that a member of the team is present to guide you and answer your questions.

The showroom is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. If these times do not suit you, send us an email via the contact form to arrange a time to the extent of our possibilities. Our showroom is located on the 1st floor, without elevator, you must ring the intercom so that the door of the building can be opened for you. Some Saturdays, the showroom can be open without an appointment. These exceptional openings will be communicated on social networks.

I chose a fabric but I don't know which thread and which buttons to choose?

In the description of the fabric, you will find the link to the matching yarn that we recommend as well as the button colors that go well together.

A fabric is out of stock, when will it come back in stock?

At Lise Tailor, we produce ephemeral and exclusive collections per year. Restocking is not always guaranteed.

You can subscribe to a product’s waiting list and be notified by email when it is back in stock. This waiting list is available from the relevant product page.

Where are your fabrics and buttons produced?

Our printed viscoses and our cotton satins are spun and / or printed in France, in Rhône Alpes. We work with a French factory with know-how recognized for several decades as a Living Heritage Company. Our factory is Oeko Tex and REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals) certified.

Our plain plumetis viscoses are also Step by Oeko-tex certified.

The cotton jersey and the organic cotton sweatshirt are GOTS certified (world reference in terms of evaluation of organic fibers). Jersey and sweatshirt are both printed in Europe.

Our Canvas fabrics are woven in France and printed in Spain. They are also Oeto-tex certified.

All our buttons are Made in France, Certified Step by Oeko-tex and FSC.

Can I post photos of my work on social media / blog?

Yes ! We love seeing your creations so much! Do not forget to tag us (@lisetailor) and add the hashtags #lisetailor and the hashtag of the boss (indicated on the cover ex: #robebelledeschamps). I am a professional and I would like to resell your fabrics, is it possible?

It is with great pleasure that we now offer our fabrics and buttons to resellers. You will find the information here. Send us a message via the contact form on this page or by email to wholesale@lisetailor.com and we will get back to you shortly.

I don't live in Lyon, can I see your fabrics in a haberdashery?

We now have resellers in France and abroad. The list of our resellers is here. Our dealers launch each new collection at the same time as us. Resellers do not necessarily have the entire current collection, so do not hesitate to contact them to inquire. Conversely, they may have in stock fabrics from old collections that are out of stock from our site.

If your favorite haberdashery isn’t listed yet, don’t hesitate to tell them about the Lise Tailor brand so that they get in touch with us.

I am a designer and want to use your fabrics to resell manufactured products?

We can offer you advantageous rates on larger or smaller volumes. It is important to take into consideration that our fabrics are in ephemeral collection and that restocking is not guaranteed. It is also possible to make partnerships by indicating your brand x Lise Tailor. You have a project, send us an email to wholesale@lisetailor.com.

Are the seam allowances included in your patterns?

Our patterns include 1cm seam allowances.

I am a beginner, which pattern would you advise me?

We recommend our first sewing pattern Camisole and Shorts set « Je t’aime ».

Can I sell my designs made from your patterns?

No. Any resale of clothing from Lise Tailor models is illegal. The patterns are for strictly personal and private use. Any full or partial representation or reproduction, made without the consent of Lise Tailor, is illegal (law of March 11, 1957, paragraph 1 of article 40).

Can I post photos of my work on social media / blog?

Do your patterns have to be sewn in a Lise Tailor fabric?

Our patterns were made with our fabrics but you can absolutely use another fabric of equivalent quality. On each of our patterns, the type of fabric is indicated (warp & weft, jersey, etc.).

Why do your patterns only go from 34 to 48?

We are at the start of the boss adventure and as at Lise Tailor we like to do things well, we have focused our work on this size range. It is not enough to grade a few additional sizes, the garment must be perfectly adapted to each morphology. This is why we take the time to come up with patterns that we are completely satisfied with and approved by our testers.

What is a PDF pattern?

It is a pattern in electronic format that you must download, print and then assemble.

Each pdf pattern contains:

  • A file with detailed sewing explanations (color diagrams and precise step by step) in French and English
  • A full-size board – without overlay in A4 format with all sizes
  • A file with the instructions for printing the pattern
  • A nice visual representing the front of the pocket to print and stick in your pretty sewing binder to keep your pattern pieces.

The PDF format is only available for the patterns of our brand Lise Tailor.

How to order a PDF pattern?

Select in the store among the Lise Tailor patterns then choose the PDF format and add to the cart. Confirm your order and pay.

Following your purchase, you can directly download your files in the confirmation email. You can also find your PDF products on the online store, in your account, “downloads” section.

If you have any problems, contact us through the contact form with your name and the order number so that we can resolve the problem and you can download the pattern.

How to print a PDF pattern?
  • Download and open the file with the pattern pieces.
  • Before printing all the pages, I advise you to check that the scale is correct with the test square by printing only the first page.
    From the print options, select Actual Size or Custom Scale: 100%, A4 size.
    Measure the square. It should be 5cm (1,97 in) high and 5cm (1,97 in) wide.
    Once the scale has been verified and validated, print all of your pattern’s pages (always at Actual size or 100% scale).
  • The pattern is assembled from left to right and top to bottom. Each leaf is identified by a letter and a number. A letter represents a line, then the numbers are to be placed in order.
    Check using the diagram below that you have all the parts and their indications.
    To reconstitute the pattern, position the sheets edge to edge without cutting the margins. Secure them together with duct tape.
    Then offset your size on tissue paper by completing the unprinted lines on the edges of the sheets and cut your pieces (the seam allowances are included and specified in the table of the cutting plan).
I can't download a PDF pattern?

Contact us through the contact form with your name and the order number so that we can resolve the problem and you can download the pattern.

How long is my download link valid?

The link to the downloadable explanations is valid without time limit. However, we recommend that you click on the link from a computer and immediately perform a reliable backup of the file.

A product is sold out, when will it be back in stock?

At Lise Tailor, we exclusively produce small series. Restocking is not always guaranteed depending on the different suppliers. However, we do our best to ensure that returns in stock are as quick as possible.

You can subscribe to a product’s waiting list and be notified by email when it is back in stock. This waiting list is available from the product page in question.
